Your Safety is Our Priority

We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19, and plan to act in accordance with Federal, State, Local and CDC orders and recommendations. The safety of our guests and employees us of utmost importance during these unprecedented times. Please refer back to this page as we will continually update it as more information becomes available.

What We Are Doing In Response

Cleanliness:

We are proud of our reputation for maintaining meticulously clean rooms, and we plan to take our cleanliness to the next level. After our usual thorough cleaning of each room, we will disinfect all touch areas. Once the room is sanitized, it will be checked by the head housekeeper and touch areas will be disinfected a second time. All bedding will be laundered after each check-out. For now, we will remove all decorative throw pillows and any other unnecessary items in all rooms.

Check-In:

Guests no longer need to come inside the building for check-in. All of our rooms can be accessed via the exterior of the building. Exterior stairways access all upper floors. We still have elevator access available to the upper floors if necessary, and will limit the number of people allowed in the elevator at one time. There are sanitizing stations located within each elevator lobby, which all guests much use prior to entering the elevator.

UPDATES

4/20/20 – We have made the difficult decision to move our open date forward to 5/22/20. This is still a tentative date and could change should the situation not improve in the next few weeks. If you have a reservation between 5/8/20 and 5/21/20, please contact us via email at info@atlanticeyrielodge.com. If you have booked through a 3rd party, such as Booking.com or Expedia, please cancel or modify your reservation to a different date within your account. Should you decide to cancel, deposits will be refunded to the card on file.
