What We Are Doing In Response

  • CLEANLINESS
  • OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS and CHANGES
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • UPDATES
CLEANLINESS
We are proud of our reputation for maintaining meticulously clean rooms, and we plan to take our cleanliness to the next level.
After our usual thorough cleaning of each room, which includes a thorough “airing out”, we will disinfect all touch areas.
All bedding will be laundered after each check-out. For now, we will remove all decorative throw pillows and any other unnecessary items in all rooms.
In-room housekeeping service during stay will be by guest request only. Staff will not enter guestrooms without guest permission, unless in case of emergency.
Common areas will be disinfected continually throughout the day.
OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS and CHANGES
Curbside Check-in Available – Should they choose not to, guests do not need to come inside the building upon arrival.
All of our rooms are accessed via the exterior of the building. Exterior stairways access all upper floors.
If necessary, we have elevator access available to the upper floors, and will limit the number of people to same household members only. There are sanitizing stations located within each elevator lobby, which all guests must use prior to entering the elevator. The elevator areas will be sanitized on a regular basis throughout the day.
Front desk plexiglass protection shield will be put in place.
Face coverings will be required of all guests entering common areas such as the lobby.
All staff will have temperature checks prior to clocking in.
For your safety and ours, staff will be outfitted with appropriate personal protection equipment and provided enhanced training to protect their well-being.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In response to the uncertainty of these trying times, we have updated our cancellation policies to better accommodate our guests.
We are now offering free cancellation of all reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours of the check-in date. Deposit amounts will only be forfeited if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in date.
