CLEANLINESS
We are proud of our reputation for maintaining meticulously clean rooms, and we plan to take our cleanliness to the next level.
After our usual thorough cleaning of each room, which includes a thorough “airing out”, we will disinfect all touch areas.
All bedding will be laundered after each check-out.
We are not providing daily housekeeping at this time. Staff will not enter guestrooms without guest permission, unless in case of emergency.
Common areas will be disinfected continually throughout the day.
OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS and CHANGES
All of our rooms are accessed via the exterior of the building. Exterior stairways access all upper floors. We also have elevator access available to the upper floors.
Front desk plexiglass protection shield has been installed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In response to the uncertainty of these trying times, we have updated our cancellation policies to better accommodate our guests.
We are now offering free cancellation of all reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours of the check-in date. Deposit amounts will only be forfeited if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in date.
